How long does it take to get the picture I ordered?
Pictures that are in stock are usually shipped out in 5-10 business day. If the picture that was ordered is NOT available, we will contact you right away for the exact details and information.

Do you sell parts to fix the pictures if necessary?Yes, we do. We can order (almost) all kinds of light bulbs, motors, sound units, spare glasses and other parts that make it very easy to replace a damaged part, and increase the useful life of every picture to the maximum.

What should I do if I want to order a light bulb or other part?Please e-mail a detailed description of the size and shape of the specific bulb or other part that you need, and also your shipping address. This way we can check if we have the right bulb/part that you need (there are many different styles and sizes) and also could send you an accurate rate quote for the bulb and shipping.

When is my credit card charged? The credit-card is being charged ONLY after we have checked that the picture is available and ready to ship/deliver. There is not an automatic charge to your card.

How do I hang the picture? Please use the 2 Hangar Brackets on the top of the picture as the hangers. Use 2 long screws (about 1 to 1 1/2" inch - can be purchased in any hardware store) to hang the picture on the wall.  Leave about 1/4 inch of the screw out of the wall. Then hang the picture from the 2 Hanger Brackets screws and start enjoying your picture.

How do I know the available sizes of a picture?
All sizes appear on our web site in each page of each size - . However, here are the available wall picture sizes in inch: Small - 18' x 12' ; Medium - 26' x 18' ; Large - 39' x 19'.
